Why We Formed This Movement
This mission began during one of the most publicized trials in Massachusetts — where witnesses were relentlessly harassed simply for cooperating with investigators.
Their ordeal revealed a dangerous gap in our justice system- that showed a pattern of intimidation and defamation that has become a weapon of defense strategy in American courts.
But this movement isn’t about one case.
Across the nation, witness intimidation and coordinated reputation warfare has been fueled by social media. Twisting public opinion to hide the facts and defeat the truth.

Our Vision
At this time we are not currently a foundation or charitable organization, though as we continue this work, our long-term goal is to establish a foundation dedicated to rebuilding faith in justice and supporting the people who work every day to keep the system honest. This mission will guide the creation of that foundation and will remain at the heart of everything we do.

Standing with the Alberts, McCabes, and Higgins Families To Fight Against Harassment & Defamation
The Alberts, McCabes, and Higgins families are asking for support in fighting against the ongoing personal and professional attacks endured since April 2023. These attacks are part of a coordinated and targeted effort to shift blame and spread misinformation about the tragic death of Boston Police Officer John O’Keefe.
Throughout two criminal trials, false narratives have been weaponized, and similar tactics are being deployed in the O’Keefe civil trial to deflect responsibility and obstruct justice for John. Believing in the integrity of the justice system and with full cooperation, these individuals provided statements to multiple law enforcement agencies and, without wavering, testified before grand juries and during two trials.
Unfortunately, the steadfast faith in the justice system was deeply misplaced. A federal investigation, driven by selective and misleading information provided by the defense team, sought to distract from the evidence.
Throughout this ordeal, these families have faced and continue to face tremendous hardship resulting from public harassment, defamation, threats, and personal attacks. Many who have courageously stood up have also been targeted, while others have remained silent out of fear of personal or professional retaliation.
For an extended period, the families refrained from speaking publicly out of respect for the judicial process and confidence in its commitment to fairness and truth. However, this silence offered no protection and has permitted the injustice to persist unchallenged.
Silence is no longer an option. It is time to stand up. Financial support is needed to defend the truth. Any contribution, large or small, will help the families to secure the legal resources necessary to confront these injustices and hold offenders accountable.
The encouragement, compassion, and strength so many have shown are deeply appreciated and provide the resolve to keep moving forward. With continued support, justice will be served, not only for these families, but for John O’Keefe, whose memory deserves nothing less than the truth.
